This is a Eucharistic Adoration
ser vice created by young people
for young people. Contemporary
music combines with prayer,
gospel reading and periods
of silent reflection before the
Eucharist to create a beautiful

second Wednesday of each
month thereafter, at Sacred Heart

Endeavour Harmony Chorus
Sydney's premier female a-capella
ensemble, the Endeavour Harmony
Chorus will present 'A-cappella
Heaven' in the Convent of Mercy

Meditating in the Christian
Meditation is an ancient form
of contemplative prayer that
seeks God in the silence and
stillness beyond word or thought.
Newcomers are warmly invited
to join a new Christian Meditation
group, meeting each Wednesday,
7.30-8.30pm, beginning 24 July
at St Andrew's Anglican Church,
Church Street, Mayfield. A four-
week introductory course will
help beginners to learn about
and practise Christian Meditation.
Dates for the course are 24 July,
31 July, 7 August and 14 August
at 7.30pm. The course is free of
charge. It is advisable to rug-up for

is known as a 'Companion', an
individual who takes a person-
centred approach, walking with
participants in the journey of
Seasons for Growth. Training is

This will be the largest gathering
of Catholic Youth in Australia since
WYD08. The Diocesan Council for
Ministry with Young People hopes
to take a group of 50-100 diocesan
youth to the event (Year 9 - 25
years). Because places are limited,
