West. S@SH is a monthly gathering of
young people for Adoration of the Blessed
Sacrament. The liturgy involves music,
modern and traditional hymns, pr ayer, silent
reflection, and listening to and discussing
the Word of God. It is a great oppor tunity

The Seasons for Growth facilitator is known
as a "Companion". Companions take a
person-centred approach as they walk with
